Accomodations at the Ranch

Good Bear Ranch easily accommodates up to 18. The home is equipped with seven bedrooms, plus a main floor pull-out queen bed, three baths, and large common areas like the kitchen, living room, dining room, and game room. Inflatable mattresses are available for overflow. All overnight guests must be included in booking.

BEDROOMS

Pineberry Suite
One of five bedrooms on the lower level, the master suite includes a queen-sized bed, sitting area that doubles as a pullout queen bed, large walk-in closet, and adjoining master bath.

Ladyslipper Room
Tucked in the NE corner of the lower level, this room has windows facing two directions and is perfect for guests hoping for a bit of privacy.

Cedar Room
This room is part of the tri-room suite on the lower level and has a queen bed with a large closet. It is perfect for a family with children, but can also be closed off for more private guests.

Sunburst Room
This room hosts a double bed and a dresser for storage. It is also part of the tri-room suite and connects on one side to the huckleberry room.

Huckleberry Room
The Huckleberry room is complete with a double bed and a dresser. This room is the middle room in the tri-room suite and does not have an entrance of its own as it is connected to both the Cedar and Sunburst rooms.

Loft Bedrooms
There are two open loft bedrooms. One with two twin beds and one with a queen bed, connected by a catwalk overlooking the living room. The privacy is a bit limited here but the charm is not.

BATHROOMS

Bathrooms consist of one small bath upstairs off the mudroom with a toilet, sink and shower that is connected to a large spa bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and two sinks. The two downstairs bathrooms include one bath off the master suite with a toilet, large shower and two sinks, as well as a bathroom off of the main game room with a shower, toilet and two sinks that connects to the laundry area.

KITCHEN + LIVING AREAS

Upstairs living spaces include a well stocked, professional-grade kitchen capable of feeding a crowd, a large dining area with seating for up to 14 and a large stone fireplace, alongside a lounging area overlooking the valley. An additional seating room has a TV with gaming consoles, two large couches (one of which converts to a queen bed), a sunroom for warming up on a cold winter day, and can be closed off with curtains for additional privacy.

The lower level has a large game room complete with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, comfortable sectional, & TV for lounging in front of a movie, or an evening of Wii games. Endless DVDs are available for guest use, along with Dance Dance Revolution and other Wii games. The second massive stone fireplace here makes for the perfect cozy night of movies and games.

Possibly the most enchanting aspect of Good Bear Ranch is the many outdoor areas for socializing, relaxing, and watching the wildlife. The wrap-around deck features two large seating areas on the back of the house and a yoga deck, all boasting stunning views of the valley. The covered deck adjacent to the main entrance expands into a grand seating area with a bar top, room for outdoor dining, firepits, and multi-directional views. The camp area off of the driveway houses a large fire pit for bonfires, benches, and room for 4-5 tents.
